An advanced shell and a precise fit

The Heron Pro SF60 features a raised-heel hardboot shell designed to withstand the demands of aggressive skating while providing a comfortable, responsive flex. Its replaceable cuff, secured with a hinge screw, can be replaced if worn or damaged. The new HERON last features an extra-wide toe box, giving the toes more room while keeping the heel securely locked in place.

The ZERO liner: premium support and comfort

FLYING EAGLE’s top-of-the-range ZERO liner features seamless construction and low-volume, high-density foam for a close fit and precise foot support. Its adaptable SBR heel and toe sections help customise the fit, while the lacing extends to the top of the liner for added support.

The Pro insole provides arch support for improved comfort and stability. A size-reducer insole is also included to shorten the internal length by 5 mm, allowing for a more precise fit. For bigger landings, the skate combines a built-in PU shock absorber with a removable UD foam heel pad for additional cushioning.

A purpose-built soulframe for technical grinds

Like the Heron SF60, the Pro version uses a design that moves away from the traditional UFS mounting system. The boot’s flush bottom accommodates a one-piece soulframe secured with 8 bolts to aluminium bridge plates. Each size has a soulframe tailored to its geometry, with optimised soulplate width, negative grinding space, H-block split and wheelbase to maintain consistent performance from XS to XL.

The Slide-in shape raises the toe and heel slightly to reduce friction during soul tricks. The backslide groove helps lock onto royales and torque-based tricks. The grooves become more defined with repeated grinds. The soulframe is designed to minimise wheel bite with the stock flat setup and has also been tested with anti-rocker configurations.

A high-performance setup with Pro finishes

The Heron Pro SF60 comes with a flat setup featuring four RAMPAGE 60 mm 90A SHR wheels with a bullet profile, paired with WINGS Pro bearings. This setup offers a strong balance of speed, smooth rolling and grinding capability for street and park sessions.

The ONYX finish, featuring silver particles, gives the skate a distinctive look. It is equipped with an aluminium top buckle, flat waxed laces and an aluminium lace shield. An extra set of waxed laces is also included.
