éS Skate Shoes: How to Choose the Right Size

How to Choose Your éS Shoe Size

Good news: éS shoes are designed to fit true to size, so in most cases you can simply choose the size you normally wear.

For the most accurate fit, however, we recommend measuring your foot length before checking our size chart.

Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall and put your heel against the wall. Stand naturally and mark the tip of your longest toe.

Then measure the distance between the wall and the mark.

? Measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot.

If you're between two sizes, éS recommends choosing the larger size. For a more comfortable fit, the brand also recommends adding around 1 cm (0.4 in) to your foot measurement before checking the size chart.

The Right Fit for Better Skate Performance

A good skate shoe should provide the right balance of support, comfort and board feel.

A shoe that's too large can allow your foot to move inside the shoe and reduce board control. On the other hand, a shoe that's too tight can quickly become uncomfortable during longer sessions.

éS also notes that skate shoes can loosen slightly after a few sessions, so a snug fit when new is perfectly normal.

What If You Have Wide Feet?

éS currently manufactures its shoes in a medium width. If you need a little extra room, the brand suggests trying half a size up.

Some models also feature a broader silhouette, including the Accel OG, Accel Penny and Creager, making them particularly interesting options for skaters with wider feet.

Check Our éS Size Chart

Once you've measured your foot, simply check our éS skate shoe size chart to find the corresponding size.
